How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Cult Conscript.
2. When Cult Conscript dies, Pitiless Plunderer and Zahur trigger, creating a creature token and a Treasure token.
3. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
4. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing the creature token.
5. When the creature token dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
6. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
7. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 1.
8. Activate Cult Conscript by paying 1, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a modest graveyard recursion into a self-sustaining engine by letting Carrion Feeder consume its own expendable workforce. As each sacrifice sends Cult Conscript and the zombie tokens into the dirt, Pitiless Plunderer melts them down into Treasure tokens to fund the mana needed to bring Cult Conscript right back. Meanwhile, Zahur, Glory's Past keeps the process flush with fresh bodies whenever a nontoken creature dies at max speed, turning every iteration into a cascade of permanent buffs and triggers.
