How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Haywire Mite.
2. When Haywire Mite dies, it and Mortuary triggers.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Haywire Mite from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Haywire Mite trigger, causing you to gain 2 life
5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
6. Cast Haywire Mite from the top of your library by paying 1 life due to Gwenom.
7. Repeat.

This loop turns Carrion Feeder into a hungry engine that repeatedly recycles Haywire Mite right back to the top of your library via Mortuary's mandatory trigger whenever a creature hits your graveyard. Because Gwenom, Remorseless grants you the ability to play spells directly from the top of your library while bypassing their mana costs with its life-payment clause, you can recast the sacrificed Haywire Mite for a mere 1 life—an investment completely offset by the 2 life you gain each time the Mite dies. This lets you continuously feed the Carrion Feeder to grow it infinitely large while generating endless creature sacrifices, death triggers, and lifegain.
