How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Glasspool Mimic.
2. When Glasspool Mimic dies, its last ability from Cavalier of Night triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Cavalier of Night.
3. When Glasspool Mimic enters the battlefield, its first triggered ability from Cavalier of Night triggers; choose not to sacrifice a creature.
4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 1.
5. Repeat.

This elegant looping engine hinges on Glasspool Mimic entering the battlefield as a copy of Cavalier of Night while a real Cavalier of Night is already mimicking its terrifying presence, allowing the clone to continuously exploit its own death trigger. By using Carrion Feeder as a reliable and cost-free outlet to sacrifice the Glasspool Mimic, you trigger the Cavalier's graveyard-recursion ability. Because the Mimic enters as a copy of the Cavalier of Night, it sees itself die and can pull itself right back out of the graveyard over and over again, pumping Carrion Feeder full of infinite +1/+1 counters along the way.
