How it works
- Cast Bloodghast by paying .
- When Bloodghast enters as an Ally due to Rukarumel, Haru triggers, earthbending a land.
- Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Bloodghast.
- Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing a land creature.
- When the land creature dies, Haru triggers, returning the land from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When the land enters, Bloodghast triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Bloodghast enters as an Ally due to Rukarumel, Haru triggers, earthbending a land.
- Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 4.
- Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop transforms a simple landfall recursion engine into a limitless growth machine by bridging type lines and resource mechanics. Rukarumel, Biologist does the heavy lifting by turning all your nontoken creatures—including Bloodghast—into Allies, which in turn causes Haru, Hidden Talent to continuously animate your lands via earthbending whenever they enter. Once Bloodghast and your newly minted land creatures are in play, Carrion Feeder acts as the sacrificial outlet that feeds on them to grow ever larger. Every time a land creature is sacrificed, Haru, Hidden Talent brings it right back to the battlefield, which immediately triggers Bloodghast's landfall ability to revive itself from the graveyard and restart the entire chain.
