How it works

  1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic.
  2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic dies, Cauldron of Essence triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
  3. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
  4. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Junji.
  5. When Junji dies, it and Cauldron of Essence trigger.
  6. Resolve the Cauldron of Essence trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
  7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
  8. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  9. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
  10. Repeat.
