How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing the persist creature.
2. When the persist creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Uncivil Unrest
3. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
4. Repeat

This clever loop turns Carrion Feeder and Uncivil Unrest into an explosive engine for infinite sacrifice and entry triggers. By leveraging Uncivil Unrest's riot-granting static ability, your persist creature repeatedly enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter that cancels out its incoming -1/-1 counter, letting it shrug off death entirely. You can then feed that same creature to Carrion Feeder over and over to grow an infinitely massive zombie while triggering all your death and graveyard synergies.
