How it works

  1. Cast Recruit the Worthy with buyback by paying 3W mana, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token and returning Recruit the Worthy to your hand.
  2. When the Soldier enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding C for each Soldier you control.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Soldier, adding W mana.
  4. Repeat.
  5. If you control four or more other Soldiers, this combo will net infinite colorless mana.
