How it works

1. Cast Whitemane Lion by paying 2.
2. When Whitemane Lion enters the battlefield, it and Mana Echoes trigger.
3. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding C for each Cat you control.
4. Resolve the Whitemane Lion trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
5. Repeat.
6. If you control at least two Cats outside of Whitemane Lion, this combo nets infinite mana.

This clever loop relies on the continuous casting and bouncing of Whitemane Lion, turning its repetitive arrival into a massive engine fueled by Mana Echoes. Because Mycosynth Lattice turns every permanent into an artifact, it also paints everything with a shared type that amplifies the mana output of Mana Echoes with each iteration. As the Lion continuously enters and leaves the battlefield, you generate infinite colorless and colored mana (thanks to the Lattice allowing mana to be spent as any color), alongside an infinite storm count and endless enters-the-battlefield triggers.
