How it works
- Activate Ant Queen by paying 1, creating four 1/1 Insect creature tokens.
- Activate Baylen's first ability twice by tapping the four Insect tokens, adding 1.
- Repeat.
This engine relies on a magnificent doubling effect to turn a simple token generator into an overwhelming engine of creation. With Primal Vigor and Bard, King of Dale both on the battlefield, the single Insect creature token from Ant Queen's activation is multiplied into a swarm of four, completely feeding the cost to tap them for Baylen, the Haymaker's mana ability. By cycling this mana right back into Ant Queen, you effortlessly generate infinite creature entries, colored mana, and tapped tokens. From there, Baylen, the Haymaker's remaining abilities can be leveraged to draw your entire deck and place infinitely large power boosts onto your board.
