How it works

1. Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Rograkh enters the battlefield, Sai of the Shinobi triggers, attaching Sai of the Shinobi to Rograkh.
3. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Rograkh.
4. When Rograkh dies, Koll triggers, returning Rograkh from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns zero-mana commander casts into a lethal engine of infinite damage and death triggers. By casting Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh for free, you immediately trigger Sai of the Shinobi to auto-equip itself, satisfying the requirement that makes Koll, the Forgemaster watch the creature. You then feed Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh to Goblin Bombardment for a point of damage, which triggers Koll, the Forgemaster to return the zero-cost commander right back to your hand.
