How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rograkh.
2. Cast Rograkh from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. Repeat.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the additional creature, adding one mana of any color.
5. Cast the creature from your graveyard by paying its mana cost. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
6. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on Solemnity to completely bypass Leonardo, Sewer Samurai's finality counter restriction, allowing you to repeatedly recur your creatures from the graveyard without them ever being exiled. Because Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh has a mana cost of zero, you can cast him over and over again for free, feeding him directly into Phyrexian Altar to generate an infinite supply of colored mana, sacrifice triggers, and storm count.
