How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Rograkh.
2. Cast Rograkh from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. Repeat.

This brilliant loop begins with Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh costing zero mana to cast, allowing you to feed him directly to Altar of Dementia to mill an opponent. Thanks to Leonardo, Sewer Samurai, that zero-mana cost becomes an asset right from your graveyard, letting you repeatedly replay the little Kobold over and over. Normally, Leonardo would brand Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh with a finality counter to exile him upon death, but Solemnity steps in to completely blank that restriction by preventing any counters from being placed on creatures. The result is a seamless engine of infinite sacrifices and mill triggers that grinds your opponents to dust.
