How it works

2. Cast Rograkh from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. Repeat.

Leonardo, Sewer Samurai normally ensures that any creature you cast from your graveyard—like Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh for its zero mana cost—enters with a finality counter, but Solemnity completely shuts down those counters from ever being placed. With Solemnity protecting Rograkh from exile, you can freely sacrifice it to Umbral Collar Zealot's ability to surveil your library, then immediately recast the free Kobold from your graveyard over and over again.
