How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Rograkh
2. When Rograkh dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Rograkh from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
4. Cast Rograkh from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns zero-mana casting costs into an engine of endless iteration by using Phantom Train to repeatedly sacrifice Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh. Each time Rograkh hits the graveyard, Mortuary quietly intercepts it, placing the commander right back on top of your library where Gwenom, Remorseless can gaze upon it. Gwenom then allows you to cast Rograkh straight from the library for zero mana (paying zero life thanks to its mana value), which instantly fuels Phantom Train all over again to pile on infinite +1/+1 counters and death triggers.
