How it works

1. Activate Goblin Medics by tapping it, adding .
2. Goblin Medics triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target.
3. Activate Freed from the Real by paying , untapping Goblin Medics.
4. Repeat.

By enchanting Goblin Medics with Freed from the Real, we set up a clever little engine where paying a blue mana untaps our creature, ready to be tapped right back. The secret glue holding this loop together is Song of Freyalise; its first two chapters grant every creature we control the ability to tap for mana of any color, transforming Goblin Medics into a self-contained mana producer while keeping the engine color-neutral. Each time the Medics tap for that blue mana, their own triggered ability fires off to ping any target for 1 damage. By funneling the mana generated from tapping the creature right back into Freed from the Real's untap ability, you can repeat this process an arbitrary number of times to deal infinite damage to your opponents.
