How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

With Experimental Frenzy letting you cast spells directly from the top, Sensei's Divining Top can repeatedly draw a card while tucking itself back onto your library, where you can immediately recast it for one mana. Meanwhile, Song of Freyalise transforms your board into a mana source—granting Traxos, Scourge of Kroog the ability to tap for the exact mana needed to pay for the Top's casting cost. Every time you cast the Top from the top of your library, Traxos triggers its untap ability, ready to be tapped again for mana and keeping the loop spinning forever.
