How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop lets you repeatedly draw and recast Sensei's Divining Top for neutral mana, fueled entirely by the tapping of Traxos, Scourge of Kroog. Because Sensei's Divining Top is an artifact, casting it triggers Traxos, Scourge of Kroog to untap itself so it can keep paying for the artifact's recurrence. Meanwhile, the mana-producing ability granted to creatures by chapters I and II of Song of Freyalise makes that untapping process mathematically viable. Finally, The Lunar Whale lets you gaze at the top of your library at any time to ensure the Top is always waiting to be cast again, perfectly sealing this engine together.
