How it works
- At the beginning of your upkeep, Panoptic Mirror triggers.
- Holding priority, activate any number of artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
- Activate Strionic Resonator by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Panoptic Mirror's trigger.
- Resolve the copy of Panoptic Mirror's trigger, casting a copy of Turnabout without paying its mana cost.
- Resolve the copy of Turnabout, untapping all artifacts you xontrol.
- Repeat from step 2.
