How it works
- Cast Mishra's Bauble by paying its mana cost.
- Teshar triggers, returning Scrap Trawler from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Activate Mishra's Bauble by tapping and sacrificing it.
- Activate Ravenous Intruder by sacrificing Scrap Trawler.
- When Scrap Trawler dies, it triggers, returning Mishra's Bauble from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the Ravenous Intruder ability.
- Repeat.
This ingenious loop is orchestrated by Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, whose static triggered ability transforms every historic spell you cast into a resurrection engine for small creatures. By casting Mishra's Bauble, you trigger Teshar to pull Scrap Trawler back from the graveyard, setting up a recursive recycling loop. You then sacrifice Mishra's Bauble to look at a card and draw later, and sacrifice Scrap Trawler to Ravenous Intruder's ability to pump its power. Crucially, Scrap Trawler's own triggered ability sees itself die and uses its lesser mana value condition to return Mishra's Bauble right back to your hand, allowing you to recast the Bauble as a historic spell and do it all over again.
