How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing the persist creature.
2. When the persist creature dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to your commander's ability granted to it by Master Chef.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
4. Repeat.

This charming loop uses Master Chef to permanently nullify the drawback of your persist creature by bestowing an extra +1/+1 counter upon its return, immediately canceling out any -1/+1 counters it accumulated. With that mechanical friction removed, Goblin Bombardment provides a reliable outlet to repeatedly sacrifice the creature for targeted damage. As the creature endlessly cycles between the battlefield and the graveyard, you generate an infinite stream of sacrifice and death triggers alongside endless damage to overwhelm your opponents.
