How it works

1. Cast Basking Broodscale by paying 1, which enters with a +1/+1 counter on it due to Master Chef.
2. Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token that enters with a +1/+1 counter on it due to Master Chef.
3. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding C.
4. When the Eldrazi Spawn dies, Reluctant Role Model's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop relies on Master Chef to ensure both Basking Broodscale and its generated tokens enter the battlefield with essential +1/+1 counters already in place. Whenever Basking Broodscale receives a counter, its triggered ability creates an Eldrazi Spawn, which can immediately be sacrificed for colorless mana. That death triggers Reluctant Role Model's ability to move its counters back onto Basking Broodscale, instantly resetting the entire engine to produce infinite mana, sacrifices, and growth.
