How it works

1. Cast Walk the Aeons by paying 4, getting an extra turn after this one.
2. At the beginning of your end step, Thassa triggers, blinking Archaeomancer.
3. Archaeomancer enters the battlefield, returning Walk the Aeons from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop lets you chain together infinite turns by pairing the extra turn spell Walk the Aeons with Archaeomancer, which recursion-binds it right back to your hand as it enters the battlefield. To bridge the gap every single cycle, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling provides the recurring blink effect at the beginning of your end step to reset Archaeomancer's trigger over and over again without ever running out of resources. Because Walk the Aeons has the buyback cost, you don't even need to pay its steep sacrifice requirement; instead, Thassa and Archaeomancer handle the retrieval entirely on your behalf, locking the game down in your favor for an unstoppable sequence of extra turns.
