How it works

1. Cast Doppelgang by paying 15, creating five token copies of Archaeomancer and of the four mana-producing permanents.
2. When the Archaeomancer tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Doppelgang and up to four other instant or sorcery cards from your graveyard to your hand.
3. Activate seventeen of the mana-producing permanent tokens by tapping them, adding at least 15.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite tokens and mana, you may instead target any other permanents using Doppelgang.

This loop is all about scaling exponentially into a game-winning cascade, fueled by the sheer power of Doppelgang targeting your board with a massive mana investment. As the Doppelgang resolution brings a flood of new permanents into play, the influx of Archaeomancer tokens triggers simultaneously to hand back Doppelgang alongside a suite of other instant or sorcery cards from your graveyard. From there, you simply tap your newly multiplied mana-producing permanents to recast Doppelgang for an even larger X, rapidly spiraling out of control until you have an infinite army of every permanent you control.
