How it works

1. Draw a card.
2. Sheoldred and Lyla trigger for each card drawn.
3. Resolve all Sheoldred triggers, causing you to gain 2 life for each trigger.
4. Resolve the first Lyla trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Fetid Gargantua.
5. Fetid Gargantua triggers, causing you to draw two cards and lose 2 life.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This loop creates a self-sustaining engine by turning every card drawn into more cards, life, and counters. When you draw a card, Lyla, Holographic Assistant targets Fetid Gargantua to place a +1/+1 counter on it, which in turn triggers Fetid Gargantua's ability to draw two more cards. Meanwhile, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse cushions the life cost of Fetid Gargantua's card draw by giving you life for every single card drawn, ultimately netting you positive life and an ever-growing board.
