How it works
Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Famished Foragers.
When Famished Foragers dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Famished Foragers from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
When Famished Foragers enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, adding six .
Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to Famished Foragers' power.
Repeat.
Once you have infinite mana, you may use Famished Foragers' ability to infinitely rummage.
This loop turns the life-loss requirement of Famished Foragers into a massive surplus of red mana thanks to Yarok, the Desecrated doubling its entry trigger. Every time you feed the Famished Foragers to Altar of Dementia, Nim Deathmantle steps in to resurrect it for four mana, leaving you with a net profit of two red mana per cycle. Because Yarok ensures the returning creature yields six red mana instead of three, you generate infinite mana while Altar of Dementia simultaneously mills out your opponents.
