How it works

1. Play Glacial Chasm either from your hand or from your graveyard.
2. When Glacial Chasm enters the battlefield, its second ability triggers, causing you to sacrifice another land you control.
3. Play any land from your graveyard.
4. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Glacial Chasm's cumulative upkeep ability triggers, allowing you to choose not to pay the cost and sacrifice it instead.
5. Repeat.

This resilient lock revolves around completely shutting down incoming damage behind Glacial Chasm while neatly sidestepping its hefty upkeep costs. When you let Glacial Chasm sacrifice itself to its cumulative upkeep or its own entry trigger, Mole Man, Moloid Master lets you immediately replay that land right back out of your graveyard. Thanks to Mole Man, Moloid Master's landfall ability, every time you loop a land you also churn out a 1/1 green Minion creature token named Moloid. Meanwhile, The Gitrog Monster capitalizes on those constant land sacrifices by drawing you a card whenever a land hits your graveyard, keeping your hand full while you safely hide behind total damage immunity.
