How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine, fueled entirely by the synergy between Falco Spara, Pactweaver and Sensei's Divining Top. With Falco Spara granting the ability to cast spells from the top of your library by trading a counter from a creature, and Semblance Anvil reducing artifact costs by {2}, Sensei's Divining Top can be cast for free by tapping itself to draw a card, placing itself back on top, and then recasting it while feeding the cost with one of the counters it helps generate. Meanwhile, Elena, Turk Recruit happily grows larger with every iteration by triggering off the repeated casting of historic spells, letting you churn through your entire deck while racking up massive storm counts and artifact triggers.
