How it works

1. Cast Tatterkite from your graveyard by paying 1 due to Semblance Anvil. It won't enter with a finality counter on it due to its static ability.
2. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Tatterkite, adding CC
3. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Leonardo, Sewer Samurai to continuously recur Tatterkite from your graveyard, turning it into a recurring engine thanks to the cost reduction of Semblance Anvil. While Leonardo normally saddles recast creatures with a finality counter, Tatterkite's own static ability prevents counters of any kind from ever being placed on it, bypassing the exile penalty entirely. Once the artifact creature hits the battlefield, you simply feed it to Krark-Clan Ironworks for a profit of colorless mana, leaving you free to repeat the process indefinitely for an overwhelming cascade of sacrifice and enter-the-battlefield triggers.
