How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.

This ingenious loop turns a modest top-deck artifact into an endless engine of discovery. With Mm'menon, the Right Hand granting you the ability to cast artifacts straight from the top of your library while also giving your artifacts a mana-producing tap ability, Sensei's Divining Top finds its home; you simply tap the Top to draw a card and place it back on your library, and use the mana generated by Mm'menon's ability to help pay for it—or rather, you would, if not for Semblance Anvil. By exiling a nonland card when Semblance Anvil enters the battlefield, it provides a crucial cost-reduction effect that makes Sensei's Divining Top completely free to recast, allowing you to continually draw cards, build up your storm count, and cycle through your entire deck without ever running out of resources.
