How it works

1. Activate Sarkhan's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing it to become a legendary 4/4 Dragon creature with flying, indestructible and haste.
2. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Sarkhan.
3. When Sarkhan dies, Ratadrabik triggers, creating a token copy of Sarkhan that isn't legendary.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat using the Sarkhan token.

By turning Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker into a creature with his +1 ability, he becomes a valid and legendary target for Ratadrabik of Urborg, whose static ability ensures that any legendary creature's demise brings forth a fresh non-legendary copy. You can then feed this transformed planeswalker directly to Bloodflow Connoisseur, triggering Ratadrabik of Urborg to create a new copy of Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker that conveniently ignores the legendary rule. Because the resulting token copy is also a creature, Bloodflow Connoisseur can sacrifice it over and over again to perpetually fuel this loop and stack up an endless stream of counters.
