How it works

1. Cast Metamorphosis Fanatic by paying 4.
2. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Body Double.
3. Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic, putting a +1/+1 counter on Bloodflow Connoisseur.
4. Resolve the Metamorphosis Fanatic ability, returning Body Double from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Metamorphosis Fanatic.
5. When Body Double enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Metamorphosis Fanatic.
6. Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Body Double, putting a +1/+1 counter on Bloodflow Connoisseur.
7. Resolve the Body Double ability, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop uses Bloodflow Connoisseur as the ultimate sacrifice outlet to continuously clear away your creatures and fuel an endless cycle of resurrection. Metamorphosis Fanatic starts the chain by entering the battlefield to pull Body Double out of the graveyard, but sacrificing it in response lets Body Double enter right back as a fresh copy of Metamorphosis Fanatic itself. Because Body Double can perpetually mimic the creature that just brought it back, it reverses the process to pull the original Metamorphosis Fanatic back out of the graveyard in turn. By bouncing these two threats back and forth, you rack up an endless stream of sacrifice triggers and pump Bloodflow Connoisseur full of infinite +1/+1 counters.
