How it works

1. Put a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
2. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the creature token.
4. When the creature token dies, Long Feng triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
5. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
6. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious loop turns a modest menagerie into a perpetual motion machine by turning every creature sacrifice back into fresh bodies and raw power. It all starts when you prime Herd Baloth with a +1/+1 counter, whose triggered ability responds by spawning a 4/4 green Beast token. You then feed that newly minted Beast to Bloodflow Connoisseur, sending the token to the graveyard and fattening the Connoisseur with its own counter. That trip to the graveyard is exactly what Long Feng, Grand Secretariat has been waiting for; its watchful static ability catches the token's demise and automatically places a fresh +1/+1 counter right back onto Herd Baloth. That new counter restarts the whole cycle, letting you repeat the process to feed Bloodflow Connoisseur infinitely while generating an endless stream of entries, exits, and sacrifices.
