How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Haywire Mite.
2. When Haywire Mite dies, it and Mortuary triggers.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Haywire Mite from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Haywire Mite trigger, causing you to gain 2 life
5. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
6. Cast Haywire Mite from the top of your library by paying 1 life due to Gwenom.
7. Repeat.

This loop transforms Bloodflow Connoisseur into a relentless executioner that effortlessly grows larger with every iteration. By feeding Haywire Mite to the Connoisseur, you trigger Mortuary to immediately recycle the Mite back to the top of your library rather than letting it rest in the graveyard. From there, Gwenom, Remorseless steps in to let you cast the Mite straight off the top of your library; because Gwenom allows you to pay life instead of mana, the Mite's mana value of 1 simply costs you a single point of life, which is more than offset by the 2 life you gain each time the Mite dies.
