How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Cultivator of Blades.
2. When Cultivator of Blades dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Cultivator of Blades enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight granting persist to your other nontoken creatures, allowing Cultivator of Blades to return from the graveyard with a -1/-1 counter whenever it dies. When Cultivator of Blades re-enters the battlefield, its fabricate ability triggers to place a +1/+1 counter on it; state-based actions immediately cause this +1/+1 counter and the -1/+1 counter to annihilate each other, leaving the Cultivator fresh and ready to be sacrificed again. You feed this cycle through Bloodflow Connoisseur, which happily accepts the sacrificed Cultivator to grow itself larger while fueling endless death, entry, and sacrifice triggers.
