How it works

1. Create a creature token that is a Human and/or Shaman, and/or has changeling.
2. Activate Ghired by tapping it, creating a copy of the creature token.
3. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the creature token created in step 2.
4. When the creature token dies, Faces of the Past triggers, untapping all creatures that share a creature type with it.
5. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop relies on the shared creature types of your initial token to constantly refresh your board state. By using Bloodflow Connoisseur to sacrifice the copy generated by Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds, you send the token to the graveyard and trigger Faces of the Past, which untaps every creature sharing that type—including Ghired himself. This untap effect allows Ghired to immediately tap and repeat the process, fueling Bloodflow Connoisseur with infinite +1/+1 counters while generating boundless enter-the-battlefield, death, and sacrifice triggers.
