How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Butcher Ghoul

4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Butcher Ghoul
5. When Butcher Ghoul dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
6. Butcher Ghoul enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. Its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
7. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability from step 4.
8. Repeat from step 4.
