How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Glint-Sleeve Artisan.
2. When Glint-Sleeve Artisan dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Glint-Sleeve Artisan enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Isilu, Carrier of Twilight—the transformed back face of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn—to grant your nontoken creatures persist, allowing Glint-Sleeve Artisan to repeatedly return from the dead with a -1/-1 counter after being fed to Bloodflow Connoisseur. Because the Artisan enters the battlefield with its fabricate ability, you can choose to place a +1/+1 counter on it, which immediately neutralizes the persist counter through state-based actions. This endless cycle of sacrifice and rebirth lets Bloodflow Connoisseur grow infinitely large while churning out an endless stream of sacrifice, death, and entry triggers.
