How it works

1. Defeat Invasion of Amonkhet
2. Invasion of Amonkhet triggers, causing you to exile it, and return it to the battlefield transformed as Lazotep Convert.
3. Choose to have Lazotep Convert enter the battlefield as a copy of Ojer Pakpatiq that is a 4/4 Zombie.
4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Lazotep Convert.
5. When Lazotep Convert dies, it triggers, causing you to exile it, and return it to the battlefield transformed as Lazotep Convert.
6. Choose to have Lazotep Convert enter the battlefield as a copy of Ojer Pakpatiq that is a 4/4 Zombie.
7. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
8. Repeat from step 4.

This clever loop relies on the transformation mechanics of Invasion of Amonkhet // Lazotep Convert to endlessly recur a legendary copy of Ojer Pakpatiq, Deepest Epoch // Temple of Cyclical Time. Because Ojer Pakpatiq's back face isn't a creature, turning the Lazotep Convert clone into a copy of Ojer Pakpatiq means that when Bloodflow Connoisseur sacrifices it, the resulting death trigger returns it to the battlefield transformed as the Siege front side instead of returning as the god itself. Once back on the battlefield, Lazotep Convert can immediately re-copy Ojer Pakpatiq, creating an endless cycle that endlessly pumps Bloodflow Connoisseur while generating infinite creature deaths, enters-the-battlefield, and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
