How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing another nontoken creature that doesn't have a -1/-1 counter on it.
2. When the creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When the creature enters, Mighty Mutanimals triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the creature.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns your battlefield into a self-sustaining engine of growth by cleverly exploiting the back side of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight; while Isilu, Carrier of Twilight is active, it grants persist to your other nontoken creatures, allowing them to bounce back from the graveyard equipped with a -1/-1 counter. You then use Bloodflow Connoisseur as the designated sacrificial outlet to send those creatures to the graveyard, while Mighty Mutanimals steps in every time a creature returns to the battlefield to instantly slap a +1/+1 counter onto it. Because state-based actions cause +1/+1 and -1/+1 counters to mutually annihilate each other, the creature is instantly cleansed of its persist penalty and can be sacrificed all over again for boundless triggers and endless growth.
