How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing White Widow.
2. When White Widow dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When White Widow enters, it triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and up to one other creature.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop transforms Isilu, Carrier of Twilight (the back face of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn) into an engine of endless resurrection, granting your nontoken creatures persist so they can cheat death. You feed White Widow, Free Agent to Bloodflow Connoisseur as a willing sacrifice, sending the Widow to the graveyard only for persist to snap it right back to the battlefield bearing a -1/-1 counter. The genius of the interaction lies in White Widow, Free Agent's entry trigger, which places a +1/+1 counter on the Widow itself to immediately annihilate that pesky -1/-1 counter through state-based actions, leaving it completely clean and ready to be sacrificed all over again.
