How it works

1. Activate Salvaging Station by tapping it, putting the noncreature artifact from your graveyard onto the battlefield as a 7/7 Dinosaur creature due to Displaced Dinosaurs.
2. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing the artifact returned in step 1.
3. When the artifact dies, Salvaging Station triggers, untapping Salvaging Station.
4. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
5. Repeat.
6. Activate Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing another creature, creating a Blood token.
7. The Blood token enters the battlefield as a 7/7 Dinosaur in addition to its other types due to Displaced Dinosaurs.
8. Repeat.
