How it works

1. Activate Sarkhan's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing it to become a legendary 4/4 Dragon creature with flying, indestructible and haste.
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Sarkhan.
3. When Sarkhan dies, Ratadrabik triggers, creating a token copy of Sarkhan that isn't legendary.
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
5. Repeat using the Sarkhan token.

This brilliant loop turns a planeswalker into an infinite milling machine by taking full advantage of type-changing magic and token creation. First, you activate Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker to transform him into a legendary 4/4 red Dragon creature, which conveniently satisfies the creature requirements for our other pieces. You then feed that animated planeswalker into Altar of Dementia, sacrificing him to mill four cards thanks to his power. This death triggers Ratadrabik of Urborg, whose static ability catches the legendary creature dying and creates a nonlegendary token copy of Sarkhan that also happens to be a 2/2 black Zombie in addition to its other types. Because the token isn't legendary, sacrificing it will trigger Ratadrabik over and over again for an infinite loop of sacrifices, deaths, and milled cards.
