How it works

1. Activate Sarkhan's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing it to become a legendary 4/4 Dragon creature with flying, indestructible and haste.
2. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Sarkhan.
3. When Sarkhan dies, Ratadrabik triggers, creating a token copy of Sarkhan that isn't legendary.
4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
5. Repeat using the Sarkhan token.

This looping engine turns a planeswalker's fleeting animation into an endless cycle of sacrifice and rebirth. By using Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker's first ability to turn him into a legendary creature, he becomes prime fuel to be sacrificed to Phantom Train. That death triggers Ratadrabik of Urborg, whose static ability steps in to create a fresh, non-legendary copy of Sarkhan every single time, ensuring the train keeps growing with +1/+1 counters while generating infinite death and sacrifice triggers.
