How it works

  1. Activate Jaxis by paying R mana, tapping it and discarding a card, creating a token copy of Breaching Hippocamp with haste.

  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Breaching Hippocamp token, adding R mana.
  4. The Breaching Hippocamp token dies, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Repeat.
