How it works
- Activate Sidisi by tapping it and sacrificing Coercive Recruiter, returning Sister Hospitaller from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Sister Hospitaller enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Coercive Recruiter from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain 5 life.
- When Coercive Recruiter enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Sidisi.
- Activate Spawning Pit by sacrificing Sister Hospitaller.
- Repeat.
This intricate recursion engine relies on Sidisi, Regent of the Mire to continuously pluck Sister Hospitaller from your graveyard by trading away your creatures. Each time Sister Hospitaller re-enters the battlefield, her triggered ability rescues Coercive Recruiter from the graveyard while padding your life total, which in turn triggers Coercive Recruiter to untap Sidisi for another activation.
