How it works

1. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying 0.
2. Tangleroot triggers, adding .
3. When Kobolds of Kher Keep enters the battlefield, Guardian Project triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Words of Wind by paying 1, replacing the next card you draw.
5. Resolve the Guardian Project trigger, causing you to return Kobolds of Kher Keep from the battlefield to your hand, and causing each opponent to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Repeat.

This loop relies on the zero-mana cost of Kobolds of Kher Keep to repeatedly cycle a creature into play and back to your hand, generating infinite storm and triggering your entire engine. Tangleroot conveniently refunds the green mana needed to pay for Words of Wind's activation cost each time you cast the creature. Meanwhile, Guardian Project turns your card draw into a repeatable bounce effect via Words of Wind, allowing you to not only loop your own Kobolds of Kher Keep infinitely, but also systematically strip your opponents of every single permanent they control.
