How it works

This clever little loop turns Simic Ragworm into an unexpected mana engine by leveraging Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter to grant the worm the ability to tap for mana. With Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter's passive granting the tap ability and a +1/+1 counter already in place, tapping the worm for a single blue mana triggers Nyxbloom Ancient's staggering replacement effect to triple it into three blue mana. You can then use just one of those floating mana to pay Simic Ragworm's untap cost, netting a surplus of two mana with every single iteration.
