How it works

1. Put a +1/+1 counter on Benthic Biomancer.
2. Benthic Biomancer triggers, causing you to loot.
3. Magmakin Artillerist triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain that much life.
4. Spider-Man triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Benthic Biomancer.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop creates a self-sustaining engine by turning the simple act of putting a counter on Benthic Biomancer into a cascading storm of card-filtering and damage. Once Benthic Biomancer receives its initial counter and triggers its looting ability, the discarded card immediately feeds Magmakin Artillerist to blast your opponents and gain you life. That newfound life triggers Spider-Man, Peter Parker, which places another +1/+1 counter right back onto Benthic Biomancer to restart the entire sequence. Because Magmakin Artillerist doubles as a cycling card, you also have the flexibility to cycle it from your hand to kickstart the combo if needed, letting you churn through your deck while burning the table down.
