How it works

1. Draw a card.
2. Lyla triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Benthic Biomancer.
3. Benthic Biomancer triggers, causing you to loot.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant little loop turns a simple draw into a self-sustaining engine by letting Lyla, Holographic Assistant and Benthic Biomancer feed into each other endlessly. Whenever you draw a card, Lyla reacts by placing a +1/+1 counter onto Benthic Biomancer, which immediately triggers the Biomancer's ability to draw and discard a card. That newly drawn card instantly restarts Lyla's trigger, letting you cycle through your entire deck while growing your creatures to astronomical sizes.
