How it works

  1. Cause a 2/2 creature to enter the battlefield under your control, which enters as a 1/1.
  2. Sword of the Meek triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the 1/1 creature.
  3. Garrison Excavator triggers. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
  4. Resolve the Garrison Excavator trigger, creating a 2/2 creature token.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
